SOLO: School's Out Lock-Out
The end of the Fall 2018 semester is rapidly approaching! We would love to celebrate the end of the semester together with an evening full of a variety of activities! Students will arrive at Strawbridge UMC at 6:00 PM for check-in and an overview of the evening! Soon after, we will board our school bus and head out! Students will need to be picked up at Strawbridge UMC at 6:00 AM.
Open to current 7th-12th Grade Students.

We are so excited for Ignite, our Conference youth retreat, and our theme centered around community in Christ. We will come together to celebrate being one body and one Spirit. We look forward to a weekend of worship, games, community, & fellowship!

TXAC Youth Overnight

Each year the Texas Annual Conference meets together to do the business of the church. Sunday evening there will be a Conference Youth Gathering where students from across the conference will come together for dinner, games, and fellowship! After that the students will head into opening worship with people from all over our conference. We will stay the night downtown and head to the business sessions of the day! We will have lunch together, attend a few more sessions and then load the bus at dinner time to head home!

Texas Conference Choir Clinic
June 3-7, 2019
Hosted at Lakeview Methodist Conference Center
We're headed to Choir Camp! This year Strawbridge UMC will be participating in our Conference Choir Camp! Students will spend a week learning alongside musicians their age across the conference and learn from several talented musicians. Students will get to participate in a variety of workshops throughout the week!

Vacation Bible School provides another opportunity for us to give back to our community! We spend a week together singing, dancing, playing, and learning alongside the children in our area. Student volunteers can serve in a variety of ways, from decorating, teaching, leading in stations and more!

U.M.A.R.M.Y. is an opportunity for youth, young adults and adult leaders to experience Christian growth through mission, worship and fellowship. Individual participants and church groups combine their strengths with those of other groups to meet home repair and maintenance needs of those unable to help themselves.

We're looking forward to returning to our Conference Summer Camp this July! Lakeview Summer Camp is open to students from 2nd-12th Grade! There will be plenty of games, small groups, worship, lake activities, pool time, ropes course, and more!
